Description
Can Access Engage
Indicates whether or not the user is allowed to access BSI through a web browser.
Access Specimen Search
Indicates whether the user has access to search for specimens on BSI Engage.
View All Requisitions
Indicates whether the user can view any requisition on BSI Engage.
View All Shipments
Indicates whether the user can view any shipment on BSI Engage.

Code Lists

Indicates whether or not a user can access the Code Lists Manager.
Add/Delete Values
Indicates whether or not a user can add new code list values and delete existing values that are not referenced elsewhere.

Indicates whether or not users can edit code list existing values.

Consent

Contacts

Customization

Any users can be assigned these permissions, however, users must also have an Access Level of System Administrator or Local Administrator in order to access and use the Customization manager.

Dashboard Templates

Delete Dashboard Template
Indicates whether or not the administrator can delete Dashboard Templates.
Save Dashboard Template
Indicates whether or not the administrator can create or modify Dashboard Templates.

Data Entry

Access Data Entry Manager
Indicates whether or not the user can access the Data Entry Manager.
Allow Sample Data Update
Indicates whether or not the user is able to automatically update Sample Data when editing Sample IDs.
Assign Data Entry
Indicates whether or not the user can assign Data Entry batches.
Commit Add Batch
Indicates whether or not a user can commit a data entry batch to add specimens to the database.
Commit Change ID Batch
Indicates whether or not a user can commit a data entry batch to change the BSI IDs of specimens in the database.
Commit Delete Batch
Indicates whether or not a user can commit a data entry batch to delete specimens from the database.
Commit Modify Batch
Indicates whether or not a user can commit a data entry batch to modify specimen data in the database.
Create/Edit/Delete Add Batch
Indicates whether or not a user can create, edit or delete data entry batches of new specimen data.
Create/Edit/Delete Change ID Batch
Indicates whether or not a user can create, edit or delete data entry batches that change BSI IDs in the database.
Create/Edit/Delete Delete Batch
Indicates whether or not a user can create, edit or delete data entry batches to delete specimen data.
Create/Edit/Delete Modify Batch
Indicates whether or not a user can create, edit or delete data entry batches that modify existing specimen data.
Force Verification
Indicates whether or not the user is required to perform double key verification. A user with this permission assigned in any of their roles will not be able to commit Data Entry batches, except when committing two identical batches at the same time via the Data Entry manager's Commit button.

Approve Any Requisition
Indicates whether or not a user can approve any requisition, regardless of study-specific approval permission. This permission only applies to users in a Study Access Only repository or non-repository users. All other users only need the "Approve Requests" role permission.
Approve Requests
Indicates whether or not a user can approve requests.
Assign Requisitions
Indicated whether or not the user can assign requisitions to other users and themselves.
Process Requisitions
Indicates whether or not a user can process requisitions at their repository.
Set a Requisition to Unread
Indicates whether or not a user can change a requisition read status to unread.
Submit Requisitions
