Any users can be assigned these permissions, however, users must also have an Access Level of System Administrator or Local Administrator in order to access and use the Customization manager.

Force Verification
Indicates whether or not the user is required to perform double key verification. A user with this permission assigned in any of their roles will not be able to commit Data Entry batches, except when committing two identical batches at the same time via the Data Entry manager's Commit button.
