Squish includes a visual WYSIWYG text editor for all comments. Formatting tags can be used to style the text you enter into a comment of text field. Squish offers two types of formatting tags that can be selected for use. Note that not all formatting options are available with both types of tags.
- BB Code
- Markdown - More information on the formatting used for this type is available here.
When commenting on an issue, the type of tag which you are currently able to use is displayed. Click to toggle between the two types of formatting. You may also select the default format to use in your account preferences.
Formatting tags can be used in any of the Large Text fields in issues including the Comments fields and in the Wiki. Type the parts within the two sets of brackets to either side of the text you want to format.
